Due to continued impact from Covid-19, we have adjusted our business hours as follows: Open from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and Saturday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Closed on Sundays. We are available before and after normal business hours upon request.
On Sundays we are available upon request.
To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 3 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day.
Our shop is closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. We may close additional days before or after these major holidays. Please contact us for any specific holidays business hours.

We may also serve Covina/West Covina, Whittier, San Dimas, Glendora with orders placed at least 2 days prior to delivery date. We deliver to all residential and business addresses, hospitals, funeral homes, churches, and schools (very sorry but we do not deliver to college campuses).

Delivery Policy
A local delivery fee (zip code 91710) of $9.50 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)
Due to continued impact from Covid-19, we are currently accepting pre-orders only. You may order on-line or by phone for delivery or in-store pick-up. Same day service is limited and may not be availabe depending on the number of orders we have received for the day. We strongly encourge you placing the order at least one day ahead for the next or future delivery day. Orders for same day service must be received before 12:00 p.m. to assure same-day delivery.
Orders placed at least one business day ahead will normally be delivered in the morning hours on the requested delivery date. Orders placed for same day delivery will normally be delivered in the afternoon.
We suggest placing your orders early to secure any specific delivery times. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
We cannot guarantee specific delivery times on/or during the following holidays: Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas.
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
We do not deliver to college campuses.
We no longer accept international orders.
Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
